My final-year project, relaunched as a live product: care records, family access, invoices and analytics.
The story
Started as my final-year team project (B+), where I led the design and owned the requirements, UML, database design and front end.
In 2026 I relaunched it as product owner. I set the scope for care records by benchmarking a commercial care app, then shipped a care log, medicine rounds, doctor's visits, a read-only family login, invoices and a care analytics dashboard, backed by 100 automated tests. Every scope decision is written up in the repo.

Step by step
01Admin dashboard
One sentence sums up the day, then doses given, incidents, residents and outstanding invoices, with the week's doses and invoiced vs paid underneath.
02Care analytics
Dose rate, on-time recording, refusals, incidents and days unwell over 7, 30 or 90 days or a custom range, each against the period before. Exports to PDF and CSV.
03Medicine round
Today's round with a progress bar. Each dose shows the resident's allergies and is recorded in one tap: given, refused or missed. As-needed medicines carry their dose limits.
04People
Residents, caregivers and admins in one place, with search and status.
05Contracts
Every caregiver and client contract with its end date and status, filtered by valid, expired or missing.
06Rota
Weekly rotas with the staff on each, generated in one click.
07Invoices
Monthly care packages per resident, with due dates and overdue flags, to view or download.
08Caregiver view
A caregiver sees their round, their contract and the week's rota, and nothing else.
09Family view
Read-only access for a resident's family: medicines today, the care team on shift and the latest care log.
10Family invoices
Families see and download only their own invoices, paid and overdue.
